By accessing or using the J. Stevens Suits and Tuxedos website, visiting our showroom, or utilizing our fitting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Showroom Services & Consultations
All garment fittings, consultations, and wedding party appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we make every effort to accommodate preferred times and walk-ins, appointments booked in advance receive priority fitting suite access.
3. Pricing & Garment Availability
We strive to ensure accurate pricing and fabric descriptions on our website. However, prices, cloth selections, and inventory availability are subject to change without prior notice. Custom tailoring quotes and wedding party packages are finalized during your showroom consultation.
4. Alterations & Custom Work
Tailoring and customization specifications are confirmed with the client at the time of fitting. Because custom adjustments and tailored garments are made to individual measurements, specific alteration terms will be outlined at the point of sale.
